Hi, we are SAJC’s Track and Field! Our training takes place three times a week on Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday, and usually consists of stamina and strength practice. Don’t worry if you think you lack experience or can’t run. Everybody can start somewhere and joining SA track may be a new experience for you! During season, competitions take place on the weekends and Nationals take place over the course of one month. In Track, we train hard and play hard. Do you want to join us and have fun? All you need to do is come down for trials and try your best. Rocket rocket Up and On!
