SAJC Track and Field trains hard and plays hard. If you are thinking of taking up a new challenge, look no further! Don’t worry if you think you lack experience or can’t run. Everybody can start somewhere and joining us may be a new experience for you!
We welcome anyone, regardless of experience! We train hard and play hard thrice a week on Monday, Thursday and Friday, focusing on stamina and strength training.
