Isabel Lee

Are you familiar with the local acai café, An Acai Affair? Do you know that it was co-founded by Isabel Lee, an ex-Saint who is now boss of Singapore's largest organic acai speciality café?
“Hanging out at the cafeteria after school, enjoying Milo Dead Sea from the pop-cafe in between lectures, and celebrating birthdays with ridiculous, over-the-top balloons are amidst many of the fond memories I have of SAJC. Looking back, the countless hours spent preparing for the A levels were definitely gruelling and one of the toughest periods of my adolescent life, but also incredibly rewarding. It has helped to instill perseverance and discipline within me, which is a trait that has helped me reach where I am today.”
